Individual career management
Individual career/performance based coaching is available through R. William Holland Consulting. The process usually involves:
• Needs assessment based on interviews with others in the work environment
• Agreement on goals, objectives and time frames

• Post counseling assessment of progress.
Fees are established on an individual basis at the time contract is formalization
