Welcome
At R. William Holland Consulting, we use our VALUE-CREATIONTM methodology to help individuals and organizations achieve excellence in human resources and career management.
Globalization and technology have made the economic playing field more competitive than ever. How individuals go about finding work and managing their careers, and what organizations need to do to remain competitive has been fundamentally altered by the twin challenges of globalization and technology. Value-Creation is a methodology that allows both companies and individuals to maximize their mutual contributions to one another while simultaneously fulfilling their requirements for self preservation and economic return.
Our experienced consultants can help individuals and organizations understand the new realities of the market place uncover new career management tools and translate these into tools that capture the value employees create.
Value-CreationTM is a relatively new methodology that will find new applications as people become more familiar with it as a performance tool. This web site explores some of those uses and will explore others as they are developed. For now, we have only posted uses which have been tested and proved to be more effective vis-à-vis more traditional methodologies. This includes how individuals can use Value-CreationTM to manage their current on-job performance as well as present themselves to the job market in compelling ways.
Organizations will find Value-Creation a profitable means of developing value propositions that motivate employees to perform at their highest levels by aligning individual and group performance to business strategies.
